Our Community Hall and rooms are available for hire for various events, including meetings, workshops and celebrations. We can accommodate groups up to 120 people. We particularly welcome enquiries from other local charities who can benefit from our charitable discounts.

Booking Options

Limited booking times—contact us for pricing and availability. You have exclusive use of the hall.

Meeting Room available from Thursday and Friday from 2pm and weekends with exclusive use of the hall.

You can book multiple areas to accommodate your event needs.
Hall Hire Rates
£50 per hour Monday – Thursday (min 2hrs hire)
£500 for any bookings Friday, Saturday or Sunday regardless of time
Friday’s hall hire is from 3pm and Sunday’s hall hire is only available from 2.30pm
£300 refundable deposit* required on all hires
PLEASE NOTE:
NO alcohol consumption on site
NO drug, smoking or vaping
NO live bands
Insurance must be provided for bouncy castle

“We hired the Shirley Community Hub for our child’s birthday party, and it was absolutely perfect! The hall was spacious enough for the bouncy castle and the kitchen was perfect for the food prep.
